The TCC Behavioral Sciences Association is a campus organization established for TCC students who are interested in the behavioral sciences, in particular psychology and sociology. You do not have to be a psychology or sociology major to join the BSA, you must only have an interest in the field. There are no academic or scholarship requirements.
Membership costs are limited to dues for the organization. Dues are $3.00 per semester, or $5.00 per year, or $10.00 for lifetime membership.
If you are interested in joining the TCC Metro Campus BSA, contact Professor Nichols for an application. The chapters at NEC and SEC are currently inactive, so students at those campuses and at West Campus are welcome to join the Metro organization.
Visit this site again. We will be posting the details of our adventures, and a schedule of meetings and events, in the near future.
A calendar of events for this Chapter can be accessed at Remind U-Mail by using the username TCCBSA and the password report (both are case-sensitive). Responsible officers can enter meetings and activities. Members can check occasionally to see what is scheduled.
TCC also has a local Psi
Beta Chapter for qualified students. Psi Beta is the national honor
society for students of psychology at two-year colleges. Click on
the Psi Beta button below for information about Psi Beta. While you
are at it, you might wish to also visit Psi
Beta's official web site.
