Learning Objectives specify those things that you should know or should be able to do by the time you finish studying for the exam. They identify a minimum level of learning accomplishment the student needs to attain in order to expect to do well on the exam. If you can do all of these things, you should be in good shape for the exam. If you cannot do all of these things, then more study is called for.
Otherwise, you can expect to have difficulties with the exam.
